Meet the Team
Panacea Pet Resort is a family run business, 2 generations of which live on the premises, who ensure the guests have a safe and enjoyable stay, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All of the team are animal lovers from the UK who have spent their lives surrounded by dogs and horses. Roger was a jockey, racehorse breeder and trainer and has also bred and trained dogs for many years. Barbara has a background in teaching, having taught for over 30 years. Her extensive management experience guarantees a commitment to providing a continuous high level of quality service. Barbara and Roger's daughter Claire graduated from her College in the United Kingdom with a degree in Psychology, incorporating understanding of animal behavior in 2008. She went on to complete Animal Behavior College and became a Certified Dog Obedience Trainee in 2013. Since then she has been the face of the Panacea Pet Resort and looks forward to many more years serving her community with the best possible Dog and Cat Facility in Brookville.
MEGAN
Megan has vast animal experience after working in Grooming shops for over 5 years. Megan can be found at Panacea prominently in the mornings and loves all the guests at the resort! In her spare time, she can be found hanging out with her own pets Frankie and Norman.
ELLY
Elly was born and raised in Germany. Back in Germany she gained experience on basic obedience and agility training with dogs. When she decided to move to the United States, she wanted to change her career to mainly work with animals. She has worked at Panacea Pet Resort since 2016. Her tasks at the resort are taking care of the wellbeing of all guests and supervising those in the play area. Elly also assists with the administrative part of the resort. In her private life she enjoys family time with her husband, son and their four pups.
CHELSEA
Chelsea has been working at the resort since 2021 and has grown attached to all the regular day care dogs that attend. She takes the time to make sure all guests staying at our facility gets special one on one attention and feels comfortable while enjoying their stay. Everyone of your family members that comes in is treated as if they were her own!
ALEX
Alex was born in Iowa and has worked at Panacea Pet Resort since 2021 and can be found helping out at the resort during the morning hours. Alex loves all animals but is especially a hit with our feline guests. When not working Alex enjoys fishing and spending time with his pets Shadow, Duke, Nero and Nyx.
DANIELLE
Danielle has worked at Panacea Pet Resort since 2018 and has extensive
background in both veterinary and kennel environments. Her favorite guest is
Toby pictured! When not at the resort Danielle enjoys spending time with her
family.
