Operating Hours of Panacea
Panacea Pet Resort is currently open 7am-12pm and 4pm-7pm, 7 days a week for drop off and pick up, although it is appreciated if you can provide a window of time when you are likely to be at the resort in order to facilitate smooth operation.
We are closed for drop off and pick up on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. At Panacea we aim to provide an excellent service at an affordable price. Panacea Pet Resort's Boarding and Day Care rates are "all inclusive" with no hidden costs or additional fees for group play, or feeding.

Please be aware that check out time is 12pm after which another day is charged.
Discounts are available for vacations longer than 14 days.

Any changes to a reservation, with less then 48 hours notification, will incur a one day boarding charge per guest.
This relates to both early departures and late arrivals.
A credit card convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all future credit/debit card transactions beginning Thursday, March 21, 2024. The fee is charged to cover the processing cost associated with credit/debit card payments. The convenience fee applies only to payments for services and will not be applied to deposits that are processed through the pet portal using a credit/debit card.
Please note that this fee does not apply to preferred payment forms of cash or check.
