What are your Hours and Rates?

Rates are per day and can be found by clicking on the Pricing tab above. All holiday reservations will occur a $5 per pet, per stay. This applies to all major holidays for example Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What are your vaccinations requirements?
For the protection of all, our canine guest are required to have current vaccinations for Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella. We recommend Bordetella be administred every 6 months. All feline guests are required to have current vaccinations against Rabies and FVCRP.
Please bring vaccination records with you if you plan for your dog to accompany you while touring the facility.
All vaccinations must be administered and records sent to the resort at least 7 days prior to boarding. Please upload to the pet parent portal by CLICKING HERE
Should your dog not follow a typical immunization regime, we require a letter from a veterinarian explaining the situation. Vaccinations less than 72 hours prior to boarding are not acceptable, as immunizations require a length of time to be effective. Problems with vaccine reactions are also averted by this policy.
03
Do you require flea and tick preventative?
All guests at the resort must be on a current flea and tick preventive. We check all incoming guests for fleas and ticks on arrival. If evidence of any parasites is discovered, guests will be given a flea bath/flea and tick preventive at an additional cost.
Immunizations?
All dogs must be full vaccinated before being seen in any aspect here at Panacea. You can upload your pets records by creating a pet profile by CLICKING HERE

What if my dog doesn't want to play in a group, or is not suitable for group play?
Dogs can be exercised individually with supervision from a resort member of staff. They will receive the same amount of exercise as those participating in group play.
06
Do I have to bring my own food?
We offer "house food” for our boarding dogs at $5 per day. However, we do encourage you to bring your own food to avoid upset stomachs and we ask that you please mark all your food with your dog's name. We feed twice a day at around 8am and 4pm, but can feed more often and at specific times if requested. If your pet’s food needs to be refrigerated or heated, we can do both. If your pet requires a special diet, we are careful to make sure that all your instructions are documented and followed.
07
Do you accept any breed of dog?
Panacea Pet Resort accepts all breeds. All dogs are given a socialization assessment prior to group play.

What if my pet needs medication?
We will be happy to administer basic medication for your pet. We ask that you bring the medication, clearly marked with your pet’s name, as well as the instructions as to how and when the medicine should be given, for example in a Pill Pocket. An extra charge will be made for medications. This will be $2 per day for up to 2 medications and $4 for more than 2 medications.

Where do the dogs sleep?
There is a wide variety of accommodation. Panacea Petite Paws is an exclusive small dog area for dogs up to 15lbs. We have standard suites which are 4ft by 5ft with an outdoor cement patio area which measures 4ft by 12ft. Deluxe suites are double the size of a standard suite. In the case of both standard and deluxe suites, doggy doors allow access to an outdoor patio. The doggy doors are open throughout the day, weather permitting, but at night are closed for safety and comfort. All sleeping areas are temperature controlled, with heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible, especially for the busy summer and holiday times. We do book up quickly! In peak season we are booking around 3-4 weeks in advance. So we do ask that, if your plans should change, you cancel promptly as a courtesy to those who may be on our waiting list.
